    FREE shipping for orders over € 150. Otherwise, shipping costs are € 15.
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Spain:
    FREE shipping for orders over € 200. Otherwise, shipping costs are € 20.
  • Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary:
    FREE shipping for orders over € 250. Otherwise, shipping costs are € 25.
  • Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden:

All shipments are traceable wherever possible. At the time of the shipment, you will receive a communication by e-mail from the courier with a link to its website where you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Lea & Flò uses an EXPRESS shipping service, therefore deliveries are made within 1 working day by the time Lea & Flò delivers the parcel to the courier. Deliveries to disadvantaged places or particularly difficult to reach by courier may require an additional day.

Items are shipped Monday to Friday when placing orders by 4pm, except for any unforeseen events. During sales or holidays, shipments may take longer. We also remind you that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

At the time of the delivery the client must carefully check the package before signing the shipment proof of delivery. Lea & Flò parcels are carefully packaged in a Lea & Flò tape, placed around the box. If the packaging appears sabotaged or if the tape is not intact, the client will have to ask the courier to sign the receipt for unchecked goods, or refuse delivery. Lack of signed signature for unchecked goods may cause problems if you ask for a refund due to missing or defective items.

The courier will make two delivery attempts. In the event that the clients are not present during both deliveries, the parcel will be in storage and they will have to pick it up at the nearest courier office. After 10 days of storage, the package will go back to Lea & Flò headquarters, which will refund the items the client purchased withholding the cost of return shipping. For any problem, besides to the courier, clients can also contact Lea & Flò Customer Service.

Any disputes concerning damages or incorrect address delivery must reach Lea & Flò within 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier site, otherwise it will not be accepted.

If the parcel was not delivered for reasons such as the wrong address, a constantly absent addresssee, an incorrect phone number, etc., or if the client refuses the delivery despite the parcel being in good condition, the shipping costs will be deducted from their refund.

It is not possible to pic up online placed orders, at Lea & Flò stores.
